Delivery 

When will I receive my order? 

It generally takes 3 to 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. 

The shipping time depends on your place of residence, but it can be estimated as follows:

The estimated delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. You may receive the order after the estimated delivery time due to reasons such as: 

- Issues with printing/embroidery files 

- Products out of stock 

- Shipping-related delays, like failed delivery attempts, service interruptions 

That being said, we will do our best to meet our delivery estimates. If you haven't received the order and the estimated delivery time has passed, please allow a few more days. Contact us at slowbass.pay@gmail.com, stating your order number, and we will check your order status and guide you on the next steps. 

To which countries are the products shipped? 

We do not ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions or limitations from carriers. The list of countries subject to restrictions may change based on global events, but for now, we do not ship to the following destinations: 

  • the regions of Crimea

  • Luhansk and Donetsk in Ukraine. 

  • Russia 

  • Belarus 

  • Ecuador 

  • Cuba 

  • Iran 

  • Syria 

  • North Korea

How can I track my order? 

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping your order, email us at slowbass.pay@gmail.com

Where will my order be shipped from? 

We work with an on-demand order processing company that has facilities worldwide. 

At the moment, they have fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Spain, and Latvia, with partner facilities in Japan, Brazil, and Australia.

Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently. 

Will there be any customs fees added? 

Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for international orders. These fees are not within our control and are charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country. Therefore, please check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 

My order should have arrived, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do? 

Before contacting us, please assist by following these steps: 

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address 

- Contact the carrier. You can directly reach out to the carrier service for information about your shipment. 

- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address is correct and the parcel hasn't been left at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us at slowbass.pay@gmail.com, stating your order number. If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send a replacement order, but shipping and product will be at your expense. 

Remember, we cannot resend an order if the tracking information indicates it has been delivered.

Returns 

What is your return policy? 

For ecological reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Our approach is primarily ecological and depends on what is currently available. Our goal is, of course, to evolve our return conditions based on what will be available in the future. 

However, if your order has an issue (misprints/damaged/defective), please let us know by contacting us at slowbass.pay@gmail.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 

We are truly sorry if the product you ordered arrived with misprints/damage/defects. 

To help us resolve this issue promptly, please email us at slowbass.pay@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving your package with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order. 

Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this concerns you, please contact us at slowbass.pay@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving your package with photos of the damaged items, and we will arrange for a refund or send you a new item corresponding to your initial request. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? 

At this time, for environmental reasons, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure of the size that fits you best, check our size guides: we have one for each item listed on our shop, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible an item you ordered is mislabeled. If so, please let us know at slowbass.pay@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. State your order number and provide photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or refund you.
